Hi, I’m Vandana, Founder of our learning community, and I’m truly glad you’re here.
If someone asked me what our academy is about, they might expect me to talk about coding, artificial intelligence, robotics, or technology skills. And yes, these are important. But the real story behind what we do begins somewhere deeper.
It begins with a simple but powerful moment — the spark of confidence a student feels when they realize “I built this. I understand this. I can do this.”
That moment changes everything.
The Beginning
My journey in technology and education spans over 18 years, working across industry, teaching, coding, and emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence.
In the early years of my career in the tech industry, I witnessed how rapidly the world was changing. Skills like logical thinking, problem-solving, and computational creativity were becoming more valuable than ever.
But I also noticed something concerning.
Many students were learning theory, but they weren’t getting the opportunity to create, experiment, and truly understand technology.
Later, while teaching and mentoring students, I saw the difference firsthand. When students didn’t just learn about technology but actually built projects, wrote code, and solved real problems, their confidence skyrocketed.
The transformation was incredible.
Students who once doubted themselves suddenly began thinking like innovators and creators.
That realization became my mission.
The Journey
The journey has been filled with both challenges and incredible milestones.
With over 18 years of experience across industry and education, I have had the opportunity to mentor hundreds of students and guide them in developing skills in coding, AI, logical thinking, and technology innovation.
What motivates me most isn’t just seeing students learn a new programming language or complete a project.
It’s seeing their confidence grow.
A student who once said “I can’t do this” suddenly saying “What if I try this idea?”
That shift in mindset is where real learning happens.
The Real Impact
Some of the most meaningful moments in my journey have come from students and parents.
Parents often tell me how their children begin to approach all subjects with greater confidence once they learn how to solve problems through coding and technology.
Students who were once hesitant start asking questions, experimenting with ideas, and thinking creatively.
And that’s when I know we are doing something meaningful.
Because we are not just teaching technology.
We are helping students build belief in themselves.

Vandana Azad
Founder & CEO, Arteoniks Academy
Vandana Azad is a passionate STEM educator and technology mentor with 18+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and Robotics education. She holds M.Tech and MBA degrees, combining strong technical expertise with leadership and educational vision.
Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to empowering young minds through hands-on STEM learning, helping students build real-world skills in technology, creativity, and critical thinking. Many of her students have successfully developed and published their own mobile applications on the Google Play Store and have won multiple inter-school and intra-school competitions in robotics, coding, and innovation.
Vandana is widely recognized for her exceptional ability to connect with students, creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and innovation. Her dedication to education has earned her the Best Teacher Award, and she has conducted numerous AI and Robotics workshops across leading institutions and organizations including Vedantu, Robotech, Amity International School, Father Agnel School, and various universities and educational platforms. She has also contributed as a STEM Educator at Beyond School and collaborated with several other educational organizations.
Through Arteoniks Academy, Vandana Azad envisions making quality STEM education accessible and affordable for every child. The academy operates with a strong social mission — not for profit, but to ensure that every child gets the opportunity to learn future technologies regardless of background.
